Talarlista
H.K.H. Prinsessan Sofia
Cecilia Bergh, medicine doktor
studerade länge fortplantningens neuroendokrinologi, särskilt hur könsskillnader i hjärnans kapacitet får sitt uttryck i beteende.
Richard Payne, the Effective Treatment of Eating Disorders Foundation
is the father of the first Australian patient at Mando treated in 2004. It has been almost 20 years since she went into remission and returned to Melbourne to complete her education and resume her life. Richard assists people in Australia to understand their treatment options and the alternative that Mando offers. His charity, the Effective Treatment of Eating Disorders Foundation, focuses on effectiveness and he has assisted a number of Australians to receive Mandometer treatment.
Michael Leon, professor
Michael Leon is currently Professor emeritus of Neuroscience at the University of California Irvine, where he received the award as its best teacher. He also has received the D.G. Marquis Award from the American Psychological Association for developing an effective autism treatment. In a recent analysis from Stanford University, he was ranked among the top 2% of scientists in the world. He is a partner in Science Lab 3 and the Mando Group.
Anton Scheurink, professor
Anton Scheurink is professor of Neuroendocrinology in the Centre for Behaviour and Neurosciences, University of Groningen, Holland. He specializes in the neural arrangement of the body’s metabolism and the regulation of body weight, with a special focus on the role of the brain in eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa and extreme obesity.
Ruud Buijs, professor
Ruud Buijs is professor of Neuroendocrinology at the UNAM University of Mexico, he is studying how the brain synchronizes basic, day-to-day functions of our body. The focus of his research is the study of how the biological clock of our brain is regulating our day-to-day physiology. Every day again, the most fundamental functions of our body show enormous variations associated with the sleep-wake cycle. These variations give a unique insight into the mechanisms used by the brain to regulate the basic functions of our body.
