This week, as others have done so many times before, world-leading medical magazine The New England Journal of Medicine reports on the devastating effects of the obesity problem in the world (1).<\/p>\n

\nTime to remind our readers that Mandometer has long realized that under- and overweight are two expressions of the same problem, i.e., disordered eating behavior as a result of dieting (2). Hence, health can be improved and body weight can be normalized by teaching both groups of patients how to eat normally using Mandometer.<\/p>\n

This is good news for the obese! Please add that Mandometer is as effective as gastric surgery in normalizing the endocrine and metabolic effects of obesity, and will soon be better. In stark contrast, an endless series of clinical trials have proven diet interventions ineffective. You are How (not what) you eat!<\/p>\n
